- Repairs & Recommendations — all suggested jobs listed and sorted by seriousness (urgent / soon / routine), with status and ETA.

Winter Maintenance & Off-Season Care
- Full winterization (engine, batteries, sails, antifouling, hull/deck polishing and more).
